London, January 10. Severe snowstorms have been experienced throughout Scotland, and many deaths are recorded. In some parts of the country trains were blocked. Vienna, January 10. The Trieste express, with tho Archduke Ferdinand on board, ran into a snowdrift. The Prince was unhurt, but seven other passengers were injured.
