The Railway Commissioners have decided that haulage of timber loaded at Greymouth, from sidings to ships, including wharfage, will be charged 3d per 100 superficial feet; that timber for export, consigned to Greymouth from the Hokitika line, will be charged at per 100 superficial feet, from 12 to 18 miles, Is Id, including all charges, and that timber for export shall be free of wharf rates.
