. Capetown, November 28. The Bechuanaland police are endeavouring to prevent 4000 natives, under the chief, Gambo, effecting a union with King Lobengula. Many of the indunas are willing to surrender if the King is captured. Capetown, November 30/ It is again reported that King Lobengula has been captured. Capetown, December 2. Heavy rains in Matabeleland are impeding the operations against Lobengula. Morocco, December 1. Spanish troops to the number of 15,000 men, commanded by 30 Generals, have begun operations against the Kabyle tribes in the vicinity of Melilla. The Sultan is striving to arrange peace.
