MR DIBBS’ MISSION.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. HE RECEIVES A ROYAL COMMAND. ELIS PROGRAMME AFTER LEAVING ENGLAND. (press association.) London, June 21. Mr Dibbs, Premier of New South Wales, has been commanded to attend an evening party on Thursday at Buckingham Palace. This is equivalent to placing
him on a footing with those entitled to the entree at Court. Mr Dibbs will pay a visit to Washington to see the President of the United States with regard to the Monetary Conference and other matters. Subsequently he goes to Ottawa to interview the Premier of the Dominion and others relative to the proposed Pacific cable. Mr Dibbs will sail from San Francisco for Sydney, via Auckland, on August 18.
