By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. PROJECTED INTERNATIONAL RACES. (press association.) London, June 20. The president of the Oxford University Boating Club has been empowered to accent a challenge from an unbeaten Australian University eight to row a race in_ September over the championship course, from Putney to Mortlake. It is suggested that in the event of such a challenge beiug received from a colonial university, the race should take place about the time Harvard or Yale compete with Oxford.
