THE ALLEGED ROBBERY OF SEALSKINS.
A FRESH DEVELOPMENT. (press association.) Invercargill, December 7. At the Police Court to-day three well known residents of the Bluff—George Rosby Waddel, merchant, Charles Bradshaw, hotelkeeper, and James Roberts were charged with aiding and abetting Andrew Newton in the robbery of 287 sealskins, the property of Joseph Hatch. Owing to Waddel being laid up with infiuerza the case was adjourned till the 16thlinst., defendante being required to enter into their own recognisances of £530 each.
