THE R.M.S. lONIC, FROM LONDON. The R.M.S. lonic, Commander Jennings, from London, via the usual way ports arrived here early on Sunday morning. She left the Royal Albert Docks at 3.3 pm on July 10. Fine weather was met with on the run to Plymouth, which was at 4.30 pm on July 11.. and left same day at 6.30 pm. Had light NW breezes and fine weather across the Bay of Biscay, and from thence to Tenerifie light airs. Arrived at Teneriffe at 12.30 am on July 16, and sailed again at 10.30 am same day. Picked up the NE trades the following day. The trades were very light and soon gave out. The line was crossed on July 22, in long lOdeg 1 W. The SE trades were encountered in lat.

Arrived at Hobart at 1-28 pin on August IS, and left the following day at 3.15 am after landing 50 passengers and a quantity of cargo. For the first two days after leaving Hobart she had SW winds and squally weather; afterwards variable winds and fine weather.
