At the meeting of tbe Hospital and Charitible Aid Board to-day, a letter was received from Dr Collins, in which he stated that the decision of the Commissioners on tho Arnaboldi charges was strangely suggestive of the old verdict 44 not guilty, but don’t do it again.” He proposed to send to London to ask the opinion of one or more leading surgeons there as to his surgical treatment of tbe cases which had been the subject of the late enquiry.
