A SOUTHERN BABY FARM.
(TER PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) Invercargill, March 25. A sensational affair is reported from "Win ton. It is alleged that a woman resident there has been noticed to leave on several occasions, generally returning with a baby. The other day a child in her keeping died, and as it had not been attended by a doctor the police made enquiries, and on visiting her house found thirteen children in it. *The inquest on the dead infant is being held to-day, but there being no telegraphic communication with Winton ht night the nature at the evidence and the result, if any, is unknown here.
