By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. DR KOCH AND HIS RIVALS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Berlin, February 26. Springthorp, of the University of Melbourne, and of Melbourne Hospital, who was specially commissioned by the Victorian Government to visit Berlin for the purpose of studying and reporting on Dr Koch’s remedy, arrived here from London yesterday.
