ILLNESS OF THE BISHOP OF NELSON.
(per press association.) Nelson, November 26. The Bishop of Nelson is seriously ill. On Saturday ovening, when reading prayers in Bishopdalo Chapel, he suddenly stopped, having lost his sight. He is now suffering from congestion of the brain, and bis doctors say under the most favourable cir. cumstances he must have complete rest for three months. No man in Nelson is more popular than the Bishop, whose sudden illness has given quite a shock to the community. • Later,
