A trial has been made at Divita Vecchiaof a nautical ball invented by Signor Baisamello. It 1b seven feet in diameter and can hold J four persons. When closed it sinks, and is steered and propelled under water by rudder and screw. It has windows and grapplors, and, besides fishing up things, it may be used for destructive purposes in time of war.
