He said debtor had shown gross misconduct; in rendering such a biff of costa, but tosuapend his discharge on that account would be a step whioh for many years no single Judge had taken upon himself, the matter having always been referred to the Court of Appeal Whatever his opinion on the bill of coats might be, he did not think that was a matter he should deal with in considering an amrlication for discharge.
