(PEJI PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Christchurch, July 1. At. the annual meeting of tee -horeholders of tbe Union msuianee Company, the Direcreport, recommending the payment of a dividend at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum, was unanimously aloptri. The retiring Directors—John An iers-m and H. R. Webb—were re-elected unopposed. The chairman, the Hon. J. T. Peaooefc, stated that the Company had a line ci £SOOO on the missing ship Marlborough.
