BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, June 23. Respecting the Thomas frands cable mes. sage, the directors of the Bank of New Zealand say that the loss to the bank will not be nearly so great as might be supposed, as the bank becomes entitled to securities valued at some thousands of pounds, which will go in reduction of the Joint Stock Bank’s claims.
