THE JUBILEE AT WANGANUI.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wanganicti, January 22. To.-day was obeerved as a general holiday by the banks and business people. The main attraction in the way of apinsemenf3 was the Caledonian Society's sports, which were largely attended as usual. There were also two large excursions up the river for picnics, and the Heads were well patronised, Nothing of importance occurred during the day, and though the weather was disagreeable on account of the wind, holiday makers had a pleasant day.
