STEVENS & GORTON have been favoured with instructions from the Executors under the will of the late Mr Richard Hammond to sell by public auction on TUESDAY, 28tn 1890, and day following— The celebrated York Farm Fgtate, which has bean surveyed into nine improved farms, varying in size from 130 J acres to 4 43£ acres. 14 Suburban Sect’on& of from 2J to 85 acres adjoining township of Mart,on; a 30-acre section on which is situated a fellmongery and flourmill, both in full working order. Also,- all the stock and implements. The Estate has been so cut up that the numerous existing metalled roads have been made available for all the farms, and the many buildings come in for several, saving considerable expense to purchasers. The land on the whole estate m good, all fit for agrioulture or grazing, those farms situated on the flats above the Rangitikei . River being exceptionally so. The Central Railway passes through the Estate, and the Cliff Line Railway Station is in its midst. Cattle, Bheep, horses, and implements will be sold after the land.
