Exports.— Tha s .s, Jubilee, which sailed for Sydney yesterday week, had on board 1200 tons of oolonial produce and six horse whieh were shipped South. The Manawatu Railway.— We understand that the Directors of the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company at a meeting last week decided to appoint Mi J. *O. Fulton manager of the railway. Mr Fulton, who is a civil engineer by profession, served bis time in the Public Works Department and has been connected with the Manawatu Railway from its commencement. Since the death of his brother, the late Mr A W. Fulton, he has been in charge of the line, and has carried out his duties in a manner most creditable to himself and perfectly satisfactory to the Company,
