Co’s ss Penguin left the Manukau at 1 pm on the 24th, New Plymouth next day at 2 pm, and arrived at Nelson at 1 am on the 26th; left/ again at midnight for Wellington, arriving here at 9.20 am yesterday. She sailed yesterday afternoon for Lyttelton. THE R.M.S. RIMUTAKA, FOR LONDON. Shortly before midday yesterday, the New Zealand Shipp : ng Co’s R.M.S. Rimutaka, outward-bor id for London, via way ports, drew off into he stream, whence she sailed finally last evening. She took a large cargo, mostly frozen meat, about 28,000 carcases, beside which she had a quantity of general goods. She is due at Plymouth on the 7th February, and will, it is expected, make a good run, being in excellent trim.
