Tho Otago Daily Times learns that Mr B. Hallenstein has sold the linseed oil mills, until lately carried on by him in conjunction with Mr Fred. Singer, to Messrs Kempthorne, Prosser and Co., who purpose to carry on the manufacture of oil, cake, etc., on a lalge scale. The climate of New Zealand ‘is particularly well adapted for the growth of linseed, and in time this should become a very important industry.
