Berlin, June 13, 5 a.m. The Emperor is suffering from attacks of chokiug, caused by the epiglottis becoming permeable, aud thus permitting ‘liquids to enter the windpipe. (Received June 14, 3.10 p.m.) Berlin, June 13, 6.49 p.m. An official bulletin published concerning the Emperor’s health states that his breathing is easier and his strength much improved.
