ANTARCTIC WHALING EXPEDITION.

(reuter’s telegrams.) Melbourne, March 29.
The Committee of the Royal Geo graphical Society has resolved to ask Sir Graham Berry, Agent-General for Victoria, to invite offers from shipowners for a whaling expedition to the Antarctic Ocean on the lines previously approved ; and to solicit the advice of Sir Leopold McClintock, Sir George Nares, and others, as to the conduct of the same.
