RESIGNATION OF THE FRENCH MINISTRY.

Paris, December 4.
The Ministry of M. de Freycinet have been defeated on the Budget question, and has consequently resigned.

London, December 4-
M. de Freycinet resigned because the Chamber of Depaties suppressed the Sub-Prefects, but he will probably continue Premier.
The French Chamber refused to grant the eight millions of pounds demanded by Admiral Aube, Minister of Marine, for the purpose of remodelling the navy, but voted one -million.
