At a meeting of delegates to the Rugby Uhion, a letter from the Wellington Union declining to accept the bonus of £2O, and further declining to offer an apology, was read. The feeling of the meeting was that by returning the £2O the Wellington Union had grossly insulted the Auckland Union. The matter was referred to the Committee to consider and forward a reply.
