DIFFICULTY WITH RUSSIA.

London, July 20. Intelligence is to hand from Central Asia that a difficulty has arisen between the British and Russian Commissioners for the delimitation of the Afghan frontier, who are now at Khoja Saleli, on the Oxus. The Russian Commissioners claim a tract of fertile country extending for tweive miles along the banks of that river, and the demand is objected to by the British representatives. The difficulty has been referred by the Commissioners to their respective Goveraments at St Petersburg and London.

London, July 20. Russia threatens to occupy Port Lazareff, alleging the British occupation of Port Hamilton as a pretext. The English fleet in Chinese waters has been ordered to proceed to Vladivostoek.
