Force of Habit.— Care is required in the formation of habit, seeing its important bearing on character. Many characters are spoiled through inattention to the most ordinary and simple matters. Some drink tea and coffee from mere force of habit, “ because it is usual to do so,” regardless of the penalty oftentimes of nervousness and indigestion.
