The Governor has accepted the services of the Hawera Rifle Cadet Volunteers. Sir William and Lady Fox were passengers by the Te Anau, which sailed for Auckland last Friday evening. The Clerk to the Engiceer*in-Caief has been authorised to frank letters, telegrams, and parcels on the public service, La-t Friday the nominated immigrants for the Te Anau brought up from the South Wellington and Northern districts who arrived by the Doric.
