Sir Samuel Davenport, of South Australia, has formed a Jubilee Exhibition Committee, including the Duke of Manchester, Lord Roseberry, Mr Strangways, and Mr Jacob Montefiore. The Customs authorities claim £6OO duty on the Yictorian wines imported for the Exhibition, in consequence of their strength being one-fourth overproof. The Prince and Princess of Wales, accompanied by Sir P. C. Owen, visited the Exhibition to-day.
