Mr E. T. Conolly has consented to join the Ministry, and is to take office as Minister of Justice. This will relieve Mr Dick of one of the departments now under his charge, and he is to take over the Departments of Postmaster-General and Electric Telegraph Commissioner, thus leaving Mr Walter Johnston to devote himself solely to the duties of Minister of Public Works.
