This school is under the personal supervision of a lady who herself started with Berlei seventeen years ago. She is a woman of very high qualifications in this work and has understanding and a true capacity to impart knowledge. GENEROUS WAGES FOR TRAINEES A girl who is under seventeen years of age will receive a generous wage while she is training, while older girls will receive slightly more. When the girls move on to a working machine, their wage, of course, will be increased. "BERLEI-TRAINED" MEANS A SECURE FUTURE To make something as flawless and lovely as a Berlei foundation requires more than machines and fine materials, it requires the skill of highly trained hands -and brains. A girl trained to Berlei standards will find opportunity always there. In our own factory every supervisor and departmental head has been chosen from among our own girls.
