CEREMONY AT PAPAKURA
REA—HILL Christ Church, Papakura, was the scene of the wedding on Saturday, November 11, of Miss Lindsey Aroha Hill, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Harrison Hill, Waiau Pa, to Staff-Sergeant John Sinclair Roa (on furlough), eldest son ot Mr E. J. Rea and the late Mrs Rea, of One Tree Hill, Auckland. The bride, who was given away by lier father, wore a charming gown of white embossed georgette, made with a long waisted, tight-litting bodice, long full sleeves and full skirt. Her wristlength tulle veil was held hi place by a topknot of white flowers to match 'her bouquet of white and cream roses and lilv-of-the-valloy. Hie bridesmaid, Miss Jewell Hill, sister of the bride, wore a frock of lagoon green silk crepe, fashioned with a long waisted tight-fitting bodice and skirt cut on classical lines. Her shoulderlength veil was of pale gold, with a topknot of roses, to match her bouquet of roses and mixed flowers in golden tones. The best man was Sergeant Warwick Bonnett. The reception was held at the parish hall.
