Tie jury found accused guilty and be was remanded for sentence. SERIES OF CHARGES YOUTH FOR SENTENCE Two charges of breaking and entering *od theft, one of breaking and entering and one of attempted arson were preferred against Ronald William Timmins, hatcher, aged 18 (Mr C. Snedden), before Messrs C. H. Moses and C. Robinson, J.P.'s, yesterday. The charges related to three shops at Avondale which were entered between July 30 and October 29. Money amounting to3s 6d was stolen from one shop and Money and matches to the value of £1 18s from another. The charge of attempted arson alleged that accused lad wilfully set. fire to paper and cartons in one of the shops, knowing flat the building was likelv to catch fire, Accused pleaded guilty to all charges and was committed to the Supreme wurt for sentence. Bail of £SO and one surety of £'so was allowed.
