'29 A. number of Danish naval vessels were scuttled in Copenhagen harbour early this morning, while others escaped to Swedish ports. News from Stockholm says six Danish warships escaped from theix home ports under fire from German guns and arrived in Swedish harbours. Some of the warships which arrived in Swedish ports were carrying a large number of civilians. The Danish Navy consists largely of destroyers, submarines and coastal defence torpedo-boats.
