INFLUENZA PATIENTS (0.C.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Thursday Since the prevalence of influenza necessitated the opening of the emergency hospital in New Plymouth little more than a week ago, 79 patients have been admitted, and a daily average of 40 has been maintained. Most of the patients have been men from a military camp.
