PENALTY IN SOUTH AFRICA CAPETOWN, Feb. 2 A regulation imposing the death penalty for sabotage has been gazetted m South Africa.'An assurance that the authorities are on the track of those responsible for the latest acts of sabotage in the Transvaal and the Orange free State was given by the Union Minister of Justice, Mr. Colm fetevn.
