northern tour delayed (0.c.) WHAXGAREI. Thursday Owing to the weather, the visit of thg Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P, Fraser, to Northland has been postponed until to-morrow. It was intended that Mr. Fraser should travel front Wellington bj aeroplane to Kaitaia today, but the -weather conditions weri most unfavourable. He will not now ar* rive in Whangarei until Sunday after* noon. It had "been proposed that a parade of the Home Guard, E.P.S. ans W.W.S.A. should be held on Saturday night, but no parade will now takS place.
