"TIME TO COLLABORATE" PARIS QUISLING'S WORDS (Reed. 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, April 15 The Ankara radio says that Marcel Deat, "the leading Pans Quisling," is reported to have said that the time has come for the French Fleet to collaborate with Germany. Deat added: "Within a few weeks our Mediterranean Fleet must regularly protect our convoys. Our air force must dominate the skies. Our troops, instead of parading, must go into action." CRASH WHILE TRAINING FOUR AIRMEN KILLED (Reed. 11.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 16 Four airmen were killed to-day when an Air Force machine crashed in southern New South Wales while on. a training flight. The cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
