FLYING CROSSES
TWO NEW ZEALANDERS BRAVERY ON OPERATIONS (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 14 The Distinguished Flying Cross has been awarded to the New Zealanders, Flight-Lieutenant Robert Duncan Yule, R.A.F., and Pilot-Officer R. W. Bray, R.A.F.V.R.
The citation accompanying the award to Flight-Lieutenant Yule says he participated in operations in France in May, 1940, snd also in the Battle of Britain. He has destroyed five and damaged at least four enemy aeroplanes. He is a keen and courageous fighter pilot.
