Holiday Ended. —A message from Miami Beach, Florida, said that Lord Beaverbrook has ended his holiday and has departed for Washington to resume his duties as British lend-lease coordinator. Lord Beaverbrook's health is much improved following a four-day flying visit to the Bahamas, where he visited .the Duke and Duchess of Windsor/
