MOVE TO SAVE COUNTING LONDON, Jan. 30 A scheme to obviate the counting and recounting of clothing coupons by traders, wholesalers and manufacturers, now being considered by the Board of Trade and a committee of the leading banks, is ex'pected to be in operation shortly. _ . , Under the scheme traders will hand their coupons to their banks and separate coupon accounts will be operated for cverv trader.
