WORN BY A WOMAN
PARACHUTIST'S BADGE (0.C.) LONDON, Jan. 22 The only woman who wears a British parachutist's badge is Miss Cicely Paget Bowman, former actress, now ambulance driver attached to a parachutists' unit. Miss Bowman wears the wings-and-parachute on the lapel of her khaki tunic. She is a member of the British Volunteer Ambulance Corps and stands bv with her ambulance in case any of the parachute troops gets hurt during practice. Before she joined this ambulance group Miss Bowman was on tour with a repertory company. *
