KING'S TON OF OLD PAPERS
LONDON, Jan. 20 -The King has had the library at Windsor Uastle ransacked for useless old documents and books, aud as a result Windsor's collection in the £20;000 waste paper competition has gone up more than a ton. Among the turnouts were bdUks, documents and letters in German which belonged to Queen Victoria. v
