SALVATION ARMY
Major Philip G. Norman, who has been superintendent of .the inebriates' homes at Roto Roa and Pakatoa Islands for the past seven and a-half years, has been appointed director of the Salvation Army Institute at a military camp. He will commence his newduties on February 19. Major Norman's successor at Roto Roa and Pakatoa will be Major Francis Erickson.
