Mr. Justice Fair has returned from the south, and will preside over sessions of the Supreme Court opening this morning. Mr. J. J. Kingston, chairman of the Auckland Metropolitan Fire Board, left yesterday to attend the annual meeting of the Fire Boards Association in Wellington.
