Osborne, M.P. for Manukau. ->#■ Private Osborne was 22 and was educat<kl at the Northcote primary and rj , high schools. He played Rugby league - football for a nuijiber of years for the - Northcote and later the Ellerslie clubs. »' He went overseas with an early reinforcement draft and after arrival in A Egypt was posted to the 18th (Auck- - land) Battafion.
