TIME-BOMB DANGERS
• LONDON, Nov. 17 "People seem to have oio idea of the potential danger of time-bombs," remarked a chief constable at a SouthWest England police Court. He said a policeman actually saw a woman walk up to a time-bomb which was lying on the pavement, put her foot on it and rock it. Another woman was fined £1 for defying a policeman and risking a timebond) to enter a cordoned area to feed her cat. The chief constable said no one wished to be unkind to animals* This woman, however, not only risked her life by going into the area, but those of others who had to go in after her.
