Red Cross Society, including cooks, clerks and cyclisjs, appointed for duty on Advanced Dressing Stations and First Aid Posts under the E P.S.O. are to report at their posts at 8.30 p.m. Sharp on WEDNESDAY, December 10, 1941, remaining until the conclusion of the Blackout. Personnel must wear armlet and carry authority card if available. Blackout lighting conditions are to be observed, improvised lighting only, no electric light to be used. All posts are to be opened by the n.c.o. ready to receive ' casualties. Those unable to attend must notify the n.c.o. the reason for absence. P. J.
