HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN
As part of the war effort of the Auckland district federation of Women's Institutes, a holiday scheme for children was inaugurated last summer for the children of men serving overseas, and will lie repeated this summer. Mrs. E. R. Sawer, the new president of the federation, has been in charge of the arrangements of the scheme since it was inaugurated.
