NEW ZEALANDER'S DEATH ACCIDENT IN ENGLAND (0.C.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday An intimation that his son, Mr. George Gavin Samson, who was recently killed in an aircraft accident in England, was at the time of his death engaged in work of national importance is contained in a cablegram which has been received by Mr. J. M. Samson, of Dunedin, from the Minister of Aircraft Production, LieutenantColonel J. T. C. Moore-Brabazon, to the Research Department, of which Mr. G. G. Samson had been attached for some time. "'I have learned with the deepest regret of the tragic death of your v son in a fiving accident," says the cablegram. "As Minister of Aircraft Production I know that the work on which he was engaged was directly increasing the efficiency and fighting power of tiie Royal Air Force. I send you my most sincere sympathy."
