CAPITAL PUNISHMENT
Sir, The Government abolished capital punishment. By what right and process of reasoning, if any, was it suddenly inflicted on the unfortunate man Graham? If capital punishment is abolished, then the plain duty of the police is to take a suspected murderer alive. G.D.M.
